Miracle Cables is a Mumbai-based spiral cable manufacturer with 4 production facilities across India. We’ve been making specialty wires and cables since 1997, from our head office in Kanjurmarg West.
Our spiral cable range comes in 2 constructions: PVC/PVC and PVC/PUR. Both use bare copper conductors stranded to Class 5 under DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228. Each core is PVC insulated and identified to VDE 0293 or DIN 47100. The coiled form stretches out when a tool or handset moves, then pulls back to its resting length. That high reset force keeps loose cable off the floor and away from moving parts.

We manufacture 2 spiral cable types. PVC/PVC suits cost-sensitive indoor equipment, while PVC/PUR handles oil, cold and abrasion.
PVC/PVC Spiral Cable
This spiral cable has PVC insulation and a PVC outer sheath. It offers medium elasticity at a low cost, with a clean finish and long service life. Buyers in the lighting and construction industries use it. So do makers of power tools, consumer electronics and mobile equipment.
PVC/PUR Spiral Cable
A PVC/PUR spiral cable pairs PVC core insulation with a black PUR outer sheath. The PUR jacket gives the coil strong cold, oil and weather resistance. It also stands up to abrasion and tearing on busy shop floors.
The coil keeps a high reset force through repeated stretching. We supply it as lift feeder cable and for handling equipment and electrical tools. Entertainment equipment and building-industry machinery use it as well.
EV Charging Cable Manufacturer in India
We design and manufacture electric vehicle charging cables in India, a line our engineers first developed in 2018 alongside cables for battery energy storage systems.
Each EV charging cable is built to the charger maker’s specification. You set the conductor size, the number of power and signal cores, the sheath compound and the finished length. Where a charger design calls for a retractable lead, our spiral coiling process applies to the same construction.
